First time patient?
If you are a first time patient, proceeding to wolfingtonchiro.janeapp.com or the button below will allow you to setup your account and book an appointment. You will be provided with a welcome email and online forms that can be completed online, or printed and completed in hard paper and brought to the office in person. You can also proceed to the contact page to email us requesting an appointment, where we will respond as quickly as we can to get your journey back to pain free movement started.

Our Location
Our practice location is centered right in the heart of Crossfit Taylors. This provides a unique atmosphere for our office that most other offices cannot provide. When you come to our office, you will enter the gym through either the front or back door and make your way to the office space which will be clearly marked. Apart from the office space, there is a full gym, equipped with state of the art equipment that will be used during your treatment sessions. We also encourage all of our patients to try out a class at Crossfit Taylors. It's a unique combination that will allow us to best manage your health care needs.
